Trademark Change

Article 41.  An application for a change shall be made if the name or address of the owner of a registered trademark, or other matters contained in the registration, is to be changed.

Documents needed for filing the change

Application form for change of a trademark registration;

Power of attorney;

Incorporation certificates of the applicant;

Certificate for proving the change issued by local authority;
